necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund and cancellation
policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our customers:
1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Editing Services: Refunds for editing services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the editing workprovided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the edited manuscript todiscuss your concerns and initiate the refund process. b. Design Services: Refunds for design services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the design work or believe that it does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, pleasecontact us within 7 days of receiving the design files to discuss your concerns and initiate the refund process. c. Publishing and Marketing Services: Once the publishing and marketing services have been initiated, refunds will not be available as these services involve third-party costs and efforts that cannot be
recovered.
2. Cancellation of Services:
a. Editing Services: If you wish to cancel the editing services before the work has begun, you may do so by providing written notice to us. A refund for the unused portion of the editing services will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred. b. Design Services: If you decide to cancel the design services before any work has been started, you may do so by providing written notice to us. A refund for the unused portion of the design services will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred. c. Publishing and Marketing Services: Once the publishing and marketing services have been initiated, cancellation will not be possible as these services involve third-party costs and efforts that cannot be recovered.
3. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation:
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our customer support team by email or phone. Include your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund or cancellation
request. We will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable time frame.
