A memoir, a business book and a novel need different narration choices. With Premium, sample reads help you choose a professional narrator whose tone and style fit your manuscript before full production. Male and female voice options are available.
If you have already narrated your book, Basic or Standard lets you start with your existing recordings. Share an audio sample when discussing your project so the recording quality and editing needs can be reviewed.

- Prepare the audio. Premium includes narrator selection and recording. Basic and Standard begin with your supplied audio.
- Polish and organize. Editing and mastering improve listening consistency; chapters, credits and a retail sample prepare the files for submission.
- Receive files or get publishing support. Basic delivers your finished files. Standard and Premium add publishing setup and submission support. Platform review and availability depend on the selected distributor’s requirements.

Can you edit an audiobook I recorded myself?
Yes. Basic and Standard are designed for authors or narrators with existing recordings. Basic suits authors who plan to handle submission themselves; Standard adds publishing preparation and submission support.
Can I hear the narrator before full production?
Yes. Premium includes sample auditions and narrator selection based on your genre and preferences.
Will my audiobook be published on Audible?
Standard and Premium include ACX publishing setup and submission support. ACX reviews submitted audio and applies its own eligibility and distribution requirements. Submission is not a guarantee of acceptance or a specific release date. Discuss your preferred distribution route before ordering.
What should I prepare before getting started?
Have your final manuscript, word count, author and book details, and any existing recordings ready. Note unusual pronunciations and the narration style you prefer. For publishing support, discuss your cover, audio rights and distribution preferences during project setup.
How long will production take?
Ask for a project-specific timeline based on manuscript length, recording condition, narrator availability and the work required. Allow separately for the distributor’s review process.
